Cancellation Policy
As a not-for-profit charity, our existence is highly dependent on the fees we charge for our services. We have always charged a cancellation fee to clients who do not attend appointments or who cancel their appointments at very short notice.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and will try and accommodate genuine reasons for cancellations as much as possible.
Copies of this policy are distributed to all our subscribing organisations.
