How to Book
Appointments are available face to face at our International Health Centre. To support those on the field or those who cannot travel to our International Health Centre, we provide telephone, skype, online and paper based services.
Making an appointment
- Call us on +44(0) 20 7902 9000 to book your appointment or to make an enquiry. Lines are open between 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, GMT.

Please remember to include full name, organisation name, date of birth, contact details, appointment requested and preferred date/time. - Complete our online booking form
Important information
- Please remember if you are booking vaccinations, it is important that you leave sufficient time for these to take effect.
- If you are booking on behalf on an employee please remember the employee’s full name and date of birth.
- When booking your appointment please inform Client Services of your organisation’s reference code and where appropriate details of the sub-code/ department to be invoiced.
- Please remember purchase order number / budget codes if required.
