A travel risk assessment for pregnant women. The assessment includes advice to the individual regarding any medical issues and risks around their travel plans as well as health clearance to the employer regarding fitness to travel.

Personal resilience is the capacity to cope with stress & adversity.
This is an interactive online questionnaire that explores an individual’s personal resilience for international assignment.
A resilience profile is created for the individual which is reviewed by an InterHealth clinician who gives relevant feedback. The sending agency will receive a report that highlights any support needs identified. Includes guidance for management, and will support your long term organisational risk management.
Post assignment a shorter review questionnaire will be available to help an individual to reflect on the impact of their recent work and any support needed.

An initial consultation to enable an organisation to support anyone feeling troubled or experiencing difficult times, to discuss any issues and decide on a way forward. This may include a referral for personal counselling at InterHealth or elsewhere. (60 minutes)

Reducing Sickness Absence

Support
Prevent long term sickness absence where possible with a rapid referral and response from Occupational Health (OH). We will identify any health issues and make clinical recommendations. Individuals must be referred within six weeks of absence. This is a 30 minute telephone consultation with a short report to the organisation.
In cases where there are employee health concerns, or performance issues, our OH team can make recommendations to your organisation.
For UK based staff we can undertake site visits, home visits and hospital visits as required. For international staff this will be a telephone appointment.
We will identify any health issues and make clinical recommendations in a report to the organisation. (60 minute consultation)
Following an initial Occupational Health Consultation, a follow-up consultation may be recommended to review the individual’s health.
