National staff far outnumber those recruited internationally and it’s essential that their health and welling needs are no longer neglected.
Through our work and vital partnerships in East Africa twe are working on a staff care package that we can offer for staff recruited in East Africa so that we can provide care face-to-face, as well as over the phone, online and via Skype.

Psychological
Preparation
Personal resilience is the capacity to cope with stress & adversity.
This is an interactive online questionnaire that explores an individual’s personal resilience for international assignment.
A resilience profile is created for the individual which is reviewed by an InterHealth clinician who gives relevant feedback. The sending agency will receive a report that highlights any support needs identified. Includes guidance for management, and will support your long term organisational risk management.
Post assignment a shorter review questionnaire will be available to help an individual to reflect on the impact of their recent work and any support needed.
