To make a booking please complete our online booking form or download our booking form and enter as much information as possible, so we can process your booking request.

Bookings

After completing the online booking form (or written request) we will send an acknowledgement email to confirm we have received your request. Within three working days we will then process your booking and send you confirmation details by email. From this point our cancellation policy will apply.

Payment of training courses

Once a booking has been made, we will send an invoice within 3 working days of receiving your request. We can raise invoices to individuals or to the organisation. Full payment of fees is required before the course takes place. 

Visa requirements

If you require a visa to attend one of our training courses, we advise you to check as soon as possible with the relevant authorities what the process is and how long it takes. Please leave enough time to make the visa application before you confirm your booking. If you have to cancel your place due to a visa refusal, our cancellation policy will still apply.

Cancellation of training courses

We reserve the right to change details of training courses advertised. If we have to cancel a course we will aim to inform delegates within two weeks before the course is due to take place, although this is not always possible. Reimbursements of course fees will be made, although we are unable to compensate for other costs incurred, such as flights and accommodation.

Cancellation policy

As a health charity, our existence is highly dependent on the fees we charge for our services & training. We have always charged a cancellation fee to clients who do not attend training or who cancel their place at very short notice.
